Our compliance standard
We think compliance is the most valuable thing a distributor can offer right now. Here is how we handle it.
Products
- Before we buy a product, we check its status with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for electronic nicotine delivery systems.
- We check every product against the Florida Attorney General's nicotine dispensing device directory, and we recheck when the directory is updated.
- We keep a compliance file for each SKU. Customers can request it.
- If a product is added to the directory after you buy it, we notify affected customers and work with them on a swap.
Customers
- We sell only to licensed retail businesses. We do not sell to consumers.
- Each account must hold an active Florida retail nicotine products dealer permit or retail tobacco products dealer permit for each location.
- We verify permits with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation before the first order and periodically after that.
- We keep a resale certificate on file for every account.
The minimum age to buy nicotine products in Florida and under federal law is 21. We expect our retail partners to check ID on every sale.
